Use idea "Database Tools and SQL"
I use Intellij Idea 14, and it comes with a plugin called "Database Tools and SQL". I think it is an in-house plugin. It is shown below
I also need to use Webstorm, but I don't see that same plugin available in this IDE.
Is there a way to install it? I know there are other SQL plugins for Webstorm, but I prefer this one, and I don't want to have idea running at the same time.

Yes, "Database Tools and SQL" is JetBrains plugin and it's not suggested for WebStorm.
To my understanding, the feature request to provide the plugin in WebStorm is this: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-13293
Please vote and comment in that issue to allow WebStorm team to answer the question.
