selective sync

Just fired up 0xDBE and it looks great. I'm using it with Teradata 15 and initial setup was easy, but there is one problem: The synchronisation takes forever.
And now that it has finished, i played around with the editor a bit and after that I have deployed a bunch of objects into the database, so I now need to resync, which will take another eternity.

There should be an option to sync only a selective few databases (even though I want to display all of them in the navigation pane. Otherwise it will be scanning the objects in DBC every single time and I really want to avoid that.
