2G Experience 1 year intellij license??

I'm not sure who to ask, so I'll post it here. Attendees of the 2G Experience were to receive a 1 year IntelliJ IDEA license. To my knowledge the licenses haven't been sent out yet after submitting an email to the 2G folks. Can anyone from JetBrains say when they will be sent out?

What's the policy on renewing the 1 year intellij license when it expires? Is it considered a personal license upgrade? How do I go about renewing it?
