Need help with jetGroovy

I have problem similar to http://www.jetbrains.net/devnet/message/5230004#5230004

Just that in my case

• I have no problems with file types
• It works in one project (old project structure with .jpr file), but does not work on other (with new 'directory based' structure)

The project hat it works on, was created from scratch after installing jetGroovy. The problematic project is old one that was created before I installed jetGroovy.
