Code Styles

Has anyone been playing around with code styling and applying these through the Code -> Reformat Code option?

I'm trying to find options for formating line breaks and indentation for logical flow keywords - I can't control the way my IF and CASE statements are formatted and the placement of THEN is not where I would like nor does it (appear to be) tabbed consistently after different keywords.

Also, inline comments I've added at the end of a line are having a line break applyed to them so that the comment appears below the relevant line (and not on or before it as would be logical).

Has anyone found any options/work arounds for controlling these aspects, I'd rather apply a style to a whole file rather than open it to highlight and change those sections that are 'safe' to apply styling to.
