Play 2 support

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a central documentation that says everything that the IDE support for Play developement.

In particular, i would like to know if it is possible to navigate from the controler to the routes. What i see for now, is that when you have am action in a controler, the context propose you to create a route for it. What is your already have a route for it, should there not be a way to just jump to the already existing route?
