Builds but no commits?

The build number has been going up steadily, but there have been no
commits. Are the new builds based on uncommitted code?

We moved to GitHub (https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-scala). git.jetbrains.com mirror should work, but due to some problems it's not working. That's probably why you think that there is no commits.
