Support for revised Scaladoc standards

If you look at the Scaladoc Cheatsheet from here
<https://wiki.scala-lang.org/display/SW/Scalathon+Docspree>, you can see
that the Scala folks are encouraging a slightly different format for
Scaladoc. Is there any chance that we could get an option supporting
this format?

If the answer is "file a request", I'll be happy to do that.
