newest eap (95.4) can't use newest scala plugin (1004)?

The plugin is currently configured to work up to version 95.0. I went in and manually updated the META-INF/plugin.xml file to say version 96.0 to temporarily work around it.

This is fixed in the latest commit:

I assume some build machine somewhere will upload a new nightly build automatically, some time soon.
