Can't start a Scala Console

With a new config and all default values I get a popup error:

"Error running <name>: CAnnot run program <correction location of my java.exe": CreateProcess error=87, The parameter is incorrect Comman dlin eis too long. ..."

I accepted the option to enable classpath file mode but this had no effect.
