Build 200 is back to spinning the CPU (for 2.8)

Not nearly as bad as some of the previous builds, but each character consumes about 1/4 second of wall time.

On the other hand, many of the incorrect type errors seem to be gone.

All type checking error messages was removed for release, but all expressions types plugin still track, so it can be slower then was. I'll start much working on performance after one or few weeks, and our code have many places for optimization, so you can be sure about results. Still same workaround: less icons opened in UI, and split big files into few smaller.

You can try last nightly build and describe your feelings. I tried to improve performance (no frezes, much faster highlighting).
