manually updating plugin for maia - note

Hi
To avoid the frustration i've just put up with, please note that if you download the latest maia, then use the automatic plugin update it installs an old an incompatible version of the plugin that when you restart intllij gets disabled (and intellij hangs, at least on my pc).

If you download the nightly build and unzip it into the "normal" location - which in my case is  Users\<my name>\.IntelliJIdea90\config\plugins it still doesn't work because there is a lurking scala.jar from the previous plugin, which presuably has some duplicate classes. But if you delete the old file everything is ok.

Probably "obvious" but easy to miss
Tim
