New plugin version supporting scala unpickler is available

Since we now have a decompiler (kudos to Andrew Foggin for his work on scalax.Rules and courtesy to use his code in the plugin), all the red code should be gone now.
In particular the issues with highlighting 'int', ... Pair and other types aliased from Predef and marking classes extending scala collections red with 'should implement abstract methods' are obsolete now.
