rich wrappers support
Just wondering: will decompilation support also cause the various methods of the "rich wrapper classes" to be resolved, or will the plugin need more work to support implicit conversions?

The latter one. Also more work is needed on type inference: in new instance creation, parametric methods invocation and pattern matching.
