PyCharm plugin update notification code

I am currently working on development of a plugin for PyCharm CE and I have an issue with automatic updates notification: they are absent. 

I am publishing my plugin not to a public repository but provide a link to an Enterprise Plugin Repository.

Could anyone, please, suggest what may be a cause of the issue? I would be also very much grateful if someone could help me finding where update check is initiated in the source code.
