6.3.3 - Rubymine - Go to declaration fails suddenly

Go to Declaration used to work, but has stopped unexpectedly.  

Usuall behavior works in the following cases:
  - Instance Variables
  - No declaration to go to

Cache Invalidation / Restart is not fixing the problem.  

Help plz?
