unable to Push

I am able to pull from but unable to push to Github.
I see this error when I try to push: Push failed: fatal: repository not found.  

I have tried recloning but that did not resolve the issue.

Can anyone help me figure out what I need to to do exactly to reconfigure?  

Any suggestions? Is this a permissions issue?
