Any idea what configures this location and where I can go to change it?
I get the following:
[ 304911] WARN - ewvfs.persistent.RefreshWorker - fs=LocalFileSystem dir=file:///home/rev name=C:\nppdf32Log\debuglog.txt
Any idea how I point this to a place of my choosing?

It looks like the file has been created and we were unable to get its attributes.
But the file itself is just one of files FireFox uses/create and we do not point it derectly, we are tracking all changes in your home.
So, I doubt you can change this.
