always disabled Call Hierarchy

Don't you know what to do to have menu Navigate items:
| Call Hierarchy
| Method Hierarchy
enabled?

Currently, I have them disabled - unusable.
According http://www.jetbrains.com/ruby/webhelp/building-call-hierarchy.html
they should be enabled whem caret in on method definition or call.
