Problems with RubyMine 5.0.2 on Ubuntu 12.10

Hi everyone

i just recently installed Rubymine 5.0.1 and it worked perfectly. Today i upgraded to 5.0.2 and suddenly

$ ./rubymine.sh
$

doesn't start the IDE anymore. No error messages. However, it still works as root.

$ sudo ./rubymine.sh

which isn't really handy to work with. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?

$ rails -v
Rails 3.2.12

$ ruby -v
ruby 1.9.3p392 (2013-02-22 revision 39386) [i686-linux]

I also tried to reinstall RubyMine 5.0.1 but unfortunately there seems only 0.2 to be available now.

any advise? thx!
