RM stops at breakpoint even after it is deleted

I'm running RubyMine 4.0.1. When I set a breakpoint, the debugger stops on it. This is fine, but when I disable the break point or even if I remove the breakpoint, the debugger stops on that line until I shut RubyMine down. This can be costly especially if the breakpoint is set in a long running loop. Is there any help for this issue? It did this in the 4.0 version as well. I was hoping 4.0.1 fixed it but I guess not.

Thanks,
George

Definitely more information required:
- what OS do you use?
- what ruby version?
- what is your gem environment ("Tools"::"Show Gem Environment")

Oleg.

Hi George,

I'm still unable to reproduce the problem on my Win7 :(
And it looks like it will take a time to understand this.
Could you, please, file a ticket about the problem in our tracker, so we would continue the investigation of the problem there.

With best regards, Oleg.

P.S. do not forget to either attach all information you have provided or link this discussion in the ticket.

Just in case someone else has the same problem, here is the issue on our tracker, but a project sample and steps for reproduce are needed:
