rubymine 4.01 no longer seeing rails directory

been working with an app for a few weeks now.  suddently for some reason it is no longer showing the full directory in the left plane.  I'm loading up other rails apps without this problem...

any ideas?

The app is still running perfectly fine.

Please remove .idea directory and reopen the project, it should help

I'm having the same issue.  Closing RM, removing .idea folder, restarting has no effect.

From the "All" scope, my app/views folder has 4 subfolders.
From the "Rails" project scope, my Views folder shows *only* the last (in alpha sort order) subfolder, the first 3 are missing.

unfortunately removing the .idea folder did not correct the issue as well

I had a similar issue, and it turned out that the cause was that I had set the RM project root to the parent directory of the application directory.

Your issue could be different, but maybe it's worth checking if your project root is set to be the directory that holds the application and not its parent directory.

Ie. set it to the directory that holds the app, config, db etc. folders of your Rails project.

I was having the same issue. I closed the project in RubyMine, closed RubyMine itself, then deleted the .idea directory. I then started RubyMine back up and re-opened the directory for the project and it worked fine.
