Bundler error

I'm trying to run a bundler install in rubymine to install missing gems on my machine for a project i've imported.

When I run bundler to install the missing gems I get the error :

C:\Ruby193\bin\ruby.exe -e $stdout.sync=true;$stderr.sync=true;load($0=ARGV.shift) C:\Ruby193\bin/bundle install

Fetching gem metadata from http://rubygems.org/.C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/1.9.1/net/http.rb:762:in `initialize': A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network. - connect(2) (Errno::ENETUNREACH)

I'm on a company machine and need to get past the proxy server. I have set up and saved the http proxy settings in rubymine and if I install gems from the 'Ruby SDK and Gems->Install Gems' page this works correctly confirming the settings are correct. The above bundler error suggests to me though the for bundler actions it's not picking up the proxy info.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated .

(i'm running the most up to date version of rubymine on windows 7 by the way...)
