A quick "Find Usages"

I want to setup a shortcut key so that I can go to a default "Find Usages" i.e. instead of popping up the dialog I want to jump immediately to what I have setup to be the default scope for the search of the "usage" which I will most probably default to "Project". Another shortcut key would allow me to pop up the dialog so that I can change the scope of the search.

Is this possible already ?

Try the "Show Usages" action.
