How do I get to evaluate RM 3.2.3 when I have a previous version of RubyMine?

Your license for RubyMine 3.1.1 is also valid for version 3.2.3. There's
no need to upgrade or to use a time-limited evaluation.

I currently have licensed version of RM 3.1.1. I would like to
evaluate RM 3.2.3.

Once I downloaded 3.2.3 RM and started it, there is no option to
evalute though the message talks about "opting for a time bound trial
period".  It's not obvious where on rubymine website to find the
"trial" or "evaluation" link.

Looks like only new customers can evaluate and existing customers can
only upgrade. Doesn't seem right model to me.

That's because my upgrade license expired in May, 2011.  So here is what I am going through

Below this message, the button options are "Close", "Upgrade online
now", "Enter key or Evaluate".  Ok, the third button seems like it
would let me evaluate. But when I click that button it gives me 2
options,

one with my expired license key under "Enter license data" radio
button with the message "This license is not compatible with this
product" and the other radio button option is "Enter license server
address". Don't see anyway to evaluate contrary to what the first
message says and the button "Enter key or Evaluate" says.

When I click the "Upgrade online now", there is no way to get a
evaluation key.

Before I upgrade to RM 3.2.3, I would like to see how well it supports
Rails 3.1, cucumber, rspec etc. so I wanted a trial license.  Now I am
stuck because I purchased a license before.

Let me know how I can get out of this situation and get 3.2.3 working
in a trial mode.
