Code Style: Wrapping And Braces

Hello,

I'm confused by Wrapping And Braces. When I click on this area and create a new scheme I have to OK it and then come back to edit it. It then only shows Javascript off to the right and all the checkboxes seem javascript specific. Where's the <% %> specific settings?

I want to have formatting ignore something like this in a view...
