Cannot start debugger. Executable script 'rdebug-ide' doesn't exist.

I am running RM 301 build 97.133, with ruby 1.9.2p136 (2010-12-25) [i386-mingw32] on Windows 7. Installed the DevKit as described, set it's path.

Setting debug break point and running in debug fails with this: "Cannot start debugger. Gem 'ruby-debug-ide' isn't installed or its executable script 'rdebug-ide' doesn't exist."

Went to the gems folder, and the rdebug-ide is there in the bin folder...

I did resolve my issue, by re-installing ruby. Here is what I did, just in case anyone needs it later.

First I installed Ruby 1.9.2-p136 RubyInstaller from http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads/

Then you need to follow this steps (https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/wiki/development-kit) to setup the Ruby DevKit, but they do not say that you have to run devkitvars.bat before executing the DevKit setup steps. While executing DevKit setup make sure that you run all the validation steps to check if the gems setup correctly. I then used the same command prompt to start RubyMine (not sure if this was required).

Then you need to make sure that RubyMine successfully complete installation of all required "gems". After that when you start debugger RubyMine prompts to upgrade, whatever debug gems. You must do that, or debugging will not work. Only if after all this is done you can debug.

I hope this will be helpful for other ruby noobs like me.
