Can't get to Settings Menu

Hello John,

Please attach ~/Library/Logs/RubyMine20/idea.log

When I click on File -> Settings or use the hotkey Ctrl-Alt-S, nothing
happens. If I clear out the ~/.RubyMine20/config/* files then it
starts working, but if I put my config files back in or even simply
import the DarkPastels jar, I can no longer get to settings. I notice
no errors and there aren't any errors in the lower right corner. This
is -extremely- frustrating and has been happening for a few weeks
(can't say when/why it started happening exactly). Any tips on how to
work around this besides clearing out all my settings every time it
happens? I can barely get any work done like this.

Ah, I didn't know it went from beta to RC2, I'll let you know if I see the problem again, thanks!
