linux rubymine startup taking focus

This is just a feature request I guess.

Could you make it so that rubymine doesn't keep taking focus from what I am working on while it is starting up?  

I end up typing things into my code that I was typing in another window.  

I dont know if this affects the other versions, but the linux version does it.
