No option to create a Model

In RubyMine if I right click on the project and select "New" I don't get an option for Model.

If you are in Rails project, just choose "New |  Run Rails Generator..." or "Tools | Run Rails Generator..".

I don't have either of those options. But I do have a "Tools > Reload Generators" is that what I'm looking for?

Any idea how or why this has happened?
