Compare a file with Subversion Branch

This configuration is not currently not supported: we assume that all branches
are located directly under the /branches/ folder. I've added a feature request
for supporting your configuration:

resolved.

I am trying to compare a file in a project with a branch. The Rubymine
project is open on subversion trunk, I want to compare with the
branch version.

the trunk is at the subversion location

/trunk/my_app

the branch is at

/branches/test/A.8/my_app

no matter how I 'Configure branhces' I get the message that my file
cannot be found in the branch.

How am I supposed to use the Configure Branches option to make this
work?
