Divider/Separator between methods

Hello,

I just stumbled accross this pic here http://www.flickr.com/photos/zobrist/3284249934/sizes/l/ and would like to enable these dividers between the methods but can't realy figure out where to enable this (Settings -> Editor -> Appearance -> Show method separators is checked for me; maybe it's my custom set blue background?)
