RubyMine versus the plugin

I'm an IntelliJ Idea customer and do both Java and Rails development. Will all of the RubyMine functionality be available within Idea via a plugin or will it be necessary to purchase RubyMine in addition to Idea?

Yes, all the functionality of RubyMine is and will continue to be available
as an IntelliJ IDEA plugin.
