Why is the Python debugger ignoring my breakpoints?

Debugging a .py script has always worked for me, no problem.  I've just upgraded from version 11 to IDEA version 12.0.4.  Now I set my interpreter to Jython like usual, set some breakpoints, hit the bug icon to start running in the debugger, and the script runs and finishes without hitting any breakpoints.  What do I need to do to get the debugger to actually wake up?

I'm now on 12.1.2, and it works like nothing was ever wrong.  I don't know what the developers did, but they fixed my problem!  Thank you!
