Cannot login from Visual Studio 10 Plugin to Team City 6 over https.

I am using a self-signed cert.

I have set IE as my default browser, imported the certificate from the
Team City htps url into the trusted root authority store, but continue
to get "Login failed. Failed to connect to server.  Server not found."

Are there other configuration settings in VS 10?
