[Ann] Kalistick plugin

Hi all,

Here is a new plugin in the Plugin Repository: Kalistick.

This plugin provides integration with the Kalistick platform, a cloud-based service which helps teams to achieve Continuous Delivery of their working software: source code inspection, prioritization of unit tests, monitoring of functional changes, ...

This release allows submitting a new analysis on the Kalistick server, displays code violations inside code, and provides features such as deactivation of violations, or assignment to other developers. See a quick presentation on this blog entry: Code analysis with IntelliJ IDEA Plugin
