IDEA-9 (Maia # 10672) - cant set up 3rd party CheckStyle script

Has anyone been able to use the CheckStyle IDEA plugin with Maia? The customer site where I work at has their own checkstyle XML which I tried to define under the Third-Party Checks tab on the CheckStyle configuration page, but the Apply button is grayed out and clicking OK does not exit from the configuration settings. I even tried putting the checkstyle XML in a JAR file, but that had no effect either.
