Mercurial plugin hg4idea has a new version.

New in 0.2:
* Pull incoming changes
* Push outgoing changes
* Update
* Merge
* Annotate file
* VCS console
* performance enhancements
* minor bugfixes

0.2 is compatible with IDEA 8.0.1 up to build #9164
Some features like merge will not work with freshly released mercurial 1.1
Both to be fixed in next hg4idea release.
