How to build/install the preliminary scala plugin?

Hi there,
I was just wondering how one could easily build/install the scala plugin from http://svn.jetbrains.org/idea/Trunk/scala . I wouldn't mind testing it, but simply opening up the plugin project in idea gives me a "missing template value parameter" error message. Apart from that I'm really not quite sure how the building/installing part then works.

Regards

Just delete the following section of the .ipr file:
]]>

Note that the plugin needs to be built against Diana, and the latest SVN
version is not always guaranteed to build against the latest EAP of Diana
(it can sometimes rely on changes in the core done after the latest EAP).

Hi Dimitry,
I suppose I also need the OpenSDK for Diana? Where can I get that from? There's a lot of dependencies missing in the project, so I could use a bit more guidance on building the whole thing. Even better yet, would it be possible for you guys to put up a nightly build, if that is not too much trouble? On the bright side I think a lot of people would love to act as guinea pigs for this plugin.

Thanks

The main problem is that the Scala plugin currently is built against the
latest trunk Diana rather than the last publically available EAP, so the
nightly builds may not work with the Diana build that users have access to.

Also, please understand that nearly nothing useful works in the current version
of the plugin. You will have basic syntax and error highlighting, Ctrl-N
and some formatter support, and that's it.
