Hi Yann,
The plugin cannot update via Plugin Manager. The icon is normal one, not "new version available" one.

Hm I don't know what's wrong, maybe it's a fault in plugin repository?
You can install it manually by downloading it from http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?id=1698 and unzipping to $IDEA_HOME$/plugins
I'm not sure but Ruby plugin has same problem.
And JetGroovy had same problem before IDEA 7.0 was released about 1 or 2 month(s), I reported and the "bug" was fixed.
