[ANN] IntelliJad 0.5.4 release

Hi all,

IntelliJad 0.5.4 just got released into the wild. Fixes in this version are, in order of increasing importance:
1. The controls in the project configuration are disabled/enabled on popup, not delayed to the first component revalidation.
2. Opening a class file that's not located in a jar file now works correctly. Previously the fully qualified name of the class was not populated correctly.
