[ANN] Changes Bar 1.3.1 Available

Changes Bar 1.4 available via the plugin manager.

Improvements in 1.4:
- Rendered conflict changelists in red with icon, to assist
distinguishing of conflict changelists.
- Removed conflict changelists from Changes Bar selection list, and
ensured correct placement
- Improved configuration gui

Any comments or bug reports welcome.

Are you interested in a contribution for "changelist scope"?
I think the feature would "fit" in ChangesBar plugin. Of couse if you disagree
I could make it a separate one.

Yes, adding it in would probably be a good idea I think. As promised
I'm going to get the source code posted very soon, now that I have my
recent changes finished, so you can contribute to it. I'll let you know
when it's up there.
