SVN plugin failing on https repositories ?

Whenever i try to commit code in the ideamksplugin (https://ideamksplugin.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/) using IDEA i get the following error

Error:svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/trunk/src/main'
svn: ideamksplugin.googlecode.com: ideamksplugin.googlecode.com

I then tried other operations (than commit) and they seem to all fail to (compare with, update ...)

Tortoise svn works fine though.

well it seems to be working from home (and not from work).
So my best guess is that the PROPFIND error is related to the proxy.

What troubles me is that TortoiseSVN has absolutely no problem, and my SVN configuration has the proxy set, and still fails.
Am I missing something ?

You probably use a proxy at work, right?
In that case you need to configure that proxy for svn manually outside of Idea.
See here for details
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-8235
This issue requests that Idea's builtin svn should re-use the proxy configured in Idea itself:
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-10416
Vote for it if you like.
