[ANN] PluginErrorReportSubmitter 1.0.6 - username/email reusage

I have uploaded a new version 1.0.6 of the +PluginErrorReportSubmitter + which will reuse the username/email entered in the error report form. This data will be shared by all plugins that make use of the error reporting functionality.
