Struts assistant problems

Dunno if this is a bug or something I've missed.

With Struts Assistant active, code completion doesn't work in XML files; when I start typing classpath, I can usually get IDEA to fill this in for me. But with SA, it can't seem to search the classpaths.
When I remove SA, everything works correctly. Is this a bug?
