How Do I Delete A Plugin?

When you visit your profile page, and you are logged in, you should have the option to Edit or Delete your plugin.
Here is the shortcut for your profile page, hopefully that works :)

I also cannot find a way to remove my plugin.

Is a bug?? Can someone put a screenshot if find the way?
