what's about vss-plugin for idea?
currently internal plugin is not good implementation. it's working via command line. whether it's planned to make the plugin such as vssplugin for eclipse (for example)?

No, we don't have any such plans. Do you see any real problems caused by
the plugin's usage of the command line client that would be fixed by using
the native API?
