Quick fix / Intent / Action - I'm lost

Hi all,

I'm bit of lost.   now I got psi references and code completion working ( hey, also with proper icons for completion variants! ),  and now I would like to have  quick fix
to create missing element in case reference is unresolved (corresponding required XML element).  What component/service/annotation should I implement/use to achieve this?
