IG and exceptions

An automatic tracker request always eventually gets assigned to me, so
you don't need to notify me manually. But if it's extremely important
the exception gets fixed as soon as possible, an e-mail probably gets to
me sooner than the tracker request. It's your choice, I don't mind
either way.
In this case, this message came to me first. I'll take a look at your
exception today.
