[ANN] Rearranger plugin - new version 4.0.3

No new features; contains a simple fix for IDEA 5.0; configuration data is now properly saved.

Also added some extra logging for some intermittent exceptions, and a dialog to indicate when class/method line spacing can't be performed because of syntax errors (like missing or extra braces).
